Return & Exchange

We do take great pride in the selected products on offer. If for any reason you are unhappy with the item you received, contact us immediately and we will gladly consider a refund or replace item/s.
If your purchased item has been damaged in transit please contact us asap and we will launch a claim with the courier company.
Please note anything that has been used can not be returned unless it was chipped.
Shipping cost for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
In any case you will need to provide a proof of purchase.

Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over $500, nation wide (wholesaling and bulk purchases are excluded).
For everything under $500 we charge standard rates of $8 North Island and $15 South Island.
All items are wrapped and packed with special care.

Privacy

We value your privacy, you will only receive our news letter if have actually signed up for it, or given us permission to do so. All personal details entered on any form are strictly private.

Hand Made 

All of our stoneware is hand crafted right here in Raglan.
Please appreciate that this also means each item has it's own characteristic look and can be slightly different in shape and shade of colour to the one pictured in the online store. This is normal and part of the process. Being hand made means nothing will ever be exactly the same but we are damn good at getting it there, this is what makes us so great.
